So you’re often asking me about the fact that I do a lot of cardio training and not so much strength training with weights and so on. I prefer running, walking, boxing, spinning and the crosstrainer so that’s what I do. I choose to do the workouts I like to do. My intention is not to get bulky or a super fitness athlete, I’m just a 18 years old girl who loves training and healthy food. No need to do what you don’t like to do if it’s not neccessary.
And I also get many questions about my butt workout and for me it’s all the walking and running that gave me the butt I have! And some good genes I guess.. So no I don’t squat and usually I don’t lift.
Focus on training that you actually enjoy! If you prefer dancing there’s no need for you to spend your days at the squat rack! Do what you love to do and eat clean food as much as you can. Results: A fit and happy person!
